Great set for start to finish and intricate work
So great that it comes with all the sizes of tips and syringe form. It makes the detail work much easier to form and was the best value I could find for both of these packages.

Amazing.
This stuff is SO cool. I'd seen it online years ago and have been curious from day one, but it's just one of those things I don't think about until it pops up on my feed again. I'd seen a couple of DIY jewelry makers use it in their products recently and was really excited to order this one, get it home, and just PLAY with it a little bit. This is a really innovative product, one of those things that is amazing it even exists. The clay was easy to shape, relatively easy to fire, and the final results are really, really cool. I haven't gotten a chance to try out the syringe version but I've got a few ideas rattling around in my head about how I might best utilize this. GREAT product.

Pricey, but worth it for jewelry making
I have always wanted to try using silver clay to make small jewelry pieces, but hesitated due to the cost. I wish I had gotten some of this stuff sooner because its really amazing what you can do with this material after a little bit of practice. This kit is easy to use and high quality. You can actually make a lot of small items with this amount of clay.

Dries too fast
Good silver clay, smooth texture, but it dries out very quickly, you have to work fast or keep it covered.

Expensive, but the clay is the real deal!
The first thing I've tried was the solid clay. I molded it into a silicone mold from Michaels, let it dry, and then fired it. It warped slightly once fired but then again I am still learning, and am new to metalwork. You have to polish up the metal once fired, otherwise it is white. Very cool that you can make something in any shape, in 99% silver in your home. Handle the items with care if not made in a kiln, the fragility is similar to ceramic

Fun working with this clay
My daughter is an art student, and we often work on art projects together—this was one of them. She has experience with this type of silver clay, and the price is in line with what I’ve seen before. With her help, I had no trouble using it and found the work time to be decent. It was fun to use, and while my skills need some improvement, I especially enjoyed working with molds. You can definitely create some beautiful pieces with this clay.
