I bought this shampoo and conditioner after using a mint-heavy shampoo that severely irritated my scalp, causing scabs and a lot of dandruff. This CeraVe one calmed my scalp quickly. The irritation and itching went down after the first few washes, and the dandruff started to improve. It doesn’t dry out my hair or weigh it down, which is important because my hair is fine. The smell is medicinal, not like a regular cosmetic shampoo, and it’s not pleasant. However, it is very effective and works fast. If you have a sensitive or damaged scalp, it’s worth it.

Absolutely the best shampoo I have used. My hair is about 9 inches long, using slightly above a quarter sized portion removed all dandruff within a few weeks. however, if you are looking for a scent for that "Fresh" smell, I would recommend using a conditioner that has fragrance with it. I have mostly straight hair, and after drying it leaves it very fluffy and light. No irritation at all. It has the scent of glue when in the shower, however that fades after you dry off.

Great fro shampoo

I have used Head and Shoulders for years but recently I have felt like it’s losing a little bit of its effectiveness. I am also pretty tired of the chemical smell at this point and preferred all my bath products unfragranced. I tried many different dandruff shampoos, including the many different varieties H&S makes themselves, but have finally found my new permanent solution. It leaves you feeling so clean. Your hair is soft and full. No flakes in sight. No itching. And best of all, no fragrance or smell whatsoever!

Love this stuff. Get a good clean feel. Lathers well, washes our well. Hair does feel hydrated. Doesnt feel like it washes out the oils from your hair. No strong scent or minty/tingling feeling other shampoos may have. 10/10 recommend.

Husband didn’t like this an I was disappointed cause this company is phenomenal! It just didn’t work for him! 3-10!

I purchased this for my son who deals with very stubborn dandruff and nothing seemed to work. He absolutely loves this brand. The amount of reduced flakes was impressive! He is sure to tell me when he is getting to low so that I can get him more purchased. He prefers this over his prescription strength anti-dandruff shampoo.
