I’ve taken these for a few months combined with other pcos supplements. I am also using weight loss techniques so can’t comment on what the exact reason for improved pcos but I believe combined I have had some relief eg dark skin patches. I will continue to use as it’s better than nothing at all. Pills are quite big but are wrapped in the softer shell so I’ve found them easier to swallow. Time will tell if these are helping

I love it but its put if stock a lot so avoid if you take this type of tablet monthly like i do :(

Recommended by a midwife friend for people like myself with PCOS. Have been taking this supplement for roughly a month and have noticed an improvement in my cycle. Great value for money as most supplements can cost an arm and a leg.The supplement comes as white capsules which are easy to swallow and don't taste of anything. Instructions on the bottle are very clear. There was a little pack of silica gel in the bottle to keep the capsules dry (which I've never seen before) but just be aware not to consume.

They don't taste of anything, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and have a good long best before date of nearly two years.
