Bought this for my daughter who has been having pain under her knee. We go Wednesday for the specialist. I bought this in hopes for reduced pain and cell rejuvenation. We got today and assembled today I will post an update of results soon. For now I wanted to say the set up was easy and it’s sturdy if you screw it in all the way on each area. It’s adjustable I can have it high or low. It’s bright but I think that’s the point. My daughter says it hurts her eyes even with the glasses but I told her again not to look at the light directly. It’s not battery operated it plugs in the wall so it should work where ever you plug it in. It’s very easy to de and re assemble to move it to where it needs to be. UPDATE: After using on the high nm option my daughter says the lesion under her knee doesn’t hurt like it normally does!

I have been wanting to try red light therapy. I am glad I bought this one. The set was very easy, it is easy to move around, has multiple setting and It covers a large area of your body. I have noticed improvement in my skin which is a plus because I am using it for joint pain. It works on the pain very well. It sometimes takes the pain away after using it 1 time depending on how severe the pain is and how long I have the light on it. It does make the pain tolerable if it does not completely take it away. This light is a God send. I use it at night before bed and the joint pain used to wake me up, not anymore. Nothing I did would make it go away. I tried ointments, creams and sprays but nothing worked (I tried everything). This light does. I don't know how it works but it does. I sleep better now and feel better throughout my day. My pain does come back but not as bad. I am hopeful I will eventually be pain free. I love this so much and I highly recommend.

Received the red light today. Packed very well and super easy to put together, not much to the directions but was simple and only took a couple minutes. Sat for 30 minutes with a cup of tea and looking forward to see how I feel with continued use daily. Seems very sturdy and the arm can easily be raised or lowered.
