The replacement process is slow and frustrating. This is the only product which is high priced with minimum return. The sound quality is no where near which is promised as Bose technology. The another issue is with their return policy. They will say 7 day replacement at service center but if you go to service center they will say, they don't replace or repair it and reach to helpline no. Once you reach customer care they will say they will repair the defective peace and send you back. They don't even replace the product even if you find issue in product at the time of delivery. Then they will arrange pickup n take it and repair the product and send it back for you. And after receiving you will understand that they have given you someone else returned product. If you find very less returned product statement in app it is just because they don't let you to return. At this price I think we have many branded options. Better to buy Mivi buds which has better sound quality
