I use these for indoor plants and seedlings. They work great and provide plenty of light. You can set a timer so they turn off and on daily on their own. Have already bought more. Great value and have helped my plants grow!

Can program it for 3, 9 & 12 hours. It's goes off, & you need to reprogram if there is a power glitch. Orchids seem to like it.

I loved these lights and would have put 5 stars but unfortunately they quit working literally 1 year later (minus 1 day, I putlrchased on December 30th 2022 and quit working December 29th 2023) I am purchasing a new set as its a great price but considering I only used them a few times a week I was disappointed they quit working with not having used them daily, I'll update if the new ones quit working as I had plans of using them daoly for new plants.
