Pleasantly Surprised
I was prepared to be disappointed because I fell for the hype before with my previous chair (SecretLabs) and was severely disappointed due to it being just an average uncomfortable chair. I never heard of these new chair companies so I knew I was rolling the dice with this purchase. Boy, was I surprised with this chair. It's so comfortable I actually took a nap in it. All the gimmicks actually WORK! The waist thing is very comfy and I really thought the foot rest was so gimmicky and would break and I'd just throw that part away but I love it. No need for an ottoman now. I was worried based on some reviews about confusing assembly and too many parts but no. It was easy. I would just buy allen wrench bits for your cordless drill/screwdriver and it will go by fast. Great Chair!

Great Multi-Purpose Chair. Professional or Home Office!
Honestly feels like an 800 dollar chair. It’s mostly a metal build, which is great to see for heavier people. A lot of chairs at this price are designed for people under 180, but being around 260 I don’t feel like I’m going to break it. Assembly was a breeze, with only a handful of screws to put in. And I saw the video of the lady giving it a one star that kind of worried me.. the adjustments are position based, so when you pull them all the way out they go back to their home position. They have different clicks to listen for so it will stay in place. Honestly, five stars well deserved!!!

Do not buy if you need good back support.
I do not recommend this chair. The Mesh quality is good. That is the only good part.Lombard 3d support does not stay in place at all. Neither the hight or the reach stays in place for back support. Useless back support.Update.After fixing the center support mechanism, Chair worked as expected and gave much better back support. It stays in place now. and Comfortable.

Solid build with very comfortable headrest
The media could not be loaded. This chair is built with solid materials, a lot of metal pieces. Very stable for me at more than 200lbs. The assembly took less than 30min with a handy power tool by myself. The headrest is one of the most versatile and comfortable one I’ve ever used even compared with some more expensive chairs. The seat cushion is a little bit hard but supports very well. Lumbar support is also quite nice with height and width adjustment. Seat depth is adjustable as well. Overall, a very decent chair for home office.

Nicely Style Chair
Pros:The base for the wheels is strong. The side portion of the lower part of the chair's back are unique and a nice touch. The color is attractive.CONS:The divider between each of the legs attached seems cheap but did allow for easy adjusting when connecting the legs & wheels.Getting the wheels into the legs was a bit challenging and once secured fit nicely.Attaching the headrest portion of the chair was virtually impossible as trying to hold the headrest in the proper position to connect it to the back of the chair was very difficult. Also I think the instruction booklet should show that is something that should be done sooner than later. For me the chair has to MAJOR failures: (1) The seat failed to adjust at all. (2) The back of the chair adjustments are a nice feature but I found that slight pressure on the back of the chair would adjust the chair's back from its current setting to the lowest position. In testing the seating in the chair, it seemed provide sufficient comfort even when the seat would not adjust upwards for the most comfortable sitting position. In the end, I felt for the cost of the chair the failure of the seat adjustment and the back of the chair issue noted above were enough for me to return the chair for a refund.Note: Most of the chair was fairly easy to take apart for repacking. I did struggle with some of the legs for which I wazs unable to remove the wheels. Also the base of that connects to the seat and should allow for adjusting the seat height, I was unable to separate the 2 parts.Summary -- if you purchase this chair and it assembles properly and works properly, you will most likely enjoy it. I was disappointed that a return was required but the ongoing issues were such that I could not justify keeping the chair given its cost.Had all things worked properly I would have easily given this chair a minimum of 4 stars and most likely 5 stars. Since I had issues, 3 stars is the best I could provide.

My Hbada Chair Experience — From Disappointment to Satisfaction
The media could not be loaded. After extensive research, I chose the Hbada chair, hoping it would be the perfect solution for my long hours at the desk. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. The chair’s height adjustment didn’t work — it was stuck in one position. Customer service first sent me an Amazon link to purchase a replacement hydraulic part, and then followed up with instructions to use a rubber mallet to release it.Comfort was another issue. The mesh seat felt too firm and unforgiving. At 52 years old and 155 pounds, I didn’t find it comfortable for extended sitting, and I can’t imagine it being much better for someone heavier. While the lumbar support was a plus, the backrest didn’t hold when I leaned back, instead springing me forward. With scoliosis, comfort and proper support are a must, so I decided to return the chair. At the time, I also felt it was overpriced for the experience I had. Here’s where things turned around. After I returned the chair, Hbada reached out to ensure I was satisfied. They sent me a brand-new chair, which my husband assembled. I’ve now been using it for the last two days, and to my surprise, I’m loving it. The support feels better, the adjustments work properly, and it’s proving to be far more comfortable than my first experience. While my journey with Hbada started off rocky, the company’s commitment to making things right won me over. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds matters — and Hbada showed they truly care about customer satisfaction.
