Q: The randomness of the robot sometimes leaves areas not cleaned. Any suggestions to improve this with the current limitations of this robot?

I've had this vacuum for two years and it's function is completely random. It does NOT learn the floor plan, gets stuck on the same area almost every single session and it has to be constantly supervised. Good luck if you leave the house and come back to it having finished the job. Also when mopping you have to physically block carpet and rug areas, it can't tell the difference between hard floor and carpet.

Q: One of my wheels is stuck out, it won’t sit level and it won’t move it spins in a circle and shuts off. Anyone else have this issue or a way to fix it

I had this issue with another version of an ILife robot vacuum. It was out of warranty, but a wonderful customer representative talked me though how to remove the bottom so I could get to the wheel well. I followed her instructions and there was a balled-up wad of fluffy stuff, which I was able to remove. I then reassembled the vacuum and all worked well. Hope this helps. I was very impressed with their customer service given by Emily and bought another one for our other place.

Q: May I know why these tips? 1.) Please take water tank out while charging. 2.) Do not use scheduling in mopping mode

You don't want water spilling on the charger, and if scheduling it will return to the dock with water.
