Many of us need to get more protein into our daily lives. This is a great way to boost protein everyday. 1. For weight loss replacing carbs with protein has been shown to help. 2. If one is trying boost muscle mass, the recommended daily protein intake is 1 gram per lb body weight. 3. For those using GLP-1 medications not only are they losing fat but also losing muscle mass due to eating less. Their appetites are diminished so it can be difficult to eat enough protein daily. This product is an easy way to get the protein needed to maintain muscle mass.While recovering from major surgery, and on a liquid diet they had me drink the bottled Isopure in the hospital to get my protein. My surgeons and dietitian really pushed this on me. Unfortunately at that point everything tasted horrible to me due to the antirejection meds I am on, and the bottled Isopure was tough to swallow. We ended up bringing home a few of the bottles for me to try later.One of the side effects of antirejection meds is also increased blood sugar. A few months after surgery is was put on a GLP-1 med to address. Before I began using, I researched since I heard there are side effects to using a GLP-1 like Ozempic (I am on a low dose of a different one, commonly used for Type 2 diabetes). I did notice the loss of muscle mass, so needed to up my protein intake. Besides eating more protein and drinking protein shakes, I tried the bottled Isopure, but the taste was still unappealing to me.I knew Isopure was the preferred clear protein by my care team, so I wanted to try the powdered product due to a lower cost per serving. I was surprised the powdered product mixed into water at home actually tastes GOOD.I highly recommend this product. Shaken into water, you get your protein along with hydration without other ingredients. Sugars and calories are lower than a protein drink or shake. Shaken correctly and allowed to settle a minute there is no grittiness or aftertaste. It’s like drinking a sllightly flavored juice.

Powder tastes great. I was scared it was going to taste very sweet. I was wrong you get a slight sweetness with some sourness. I enjoy putting it in my Stanley. Don’t freak out the powder doesn’t dissolve quickly you have to shake it first then let it settle for 1-2 mins and then it will become clear. I did freak out when I saw clumps but I also did not read the instructions lol. I would buy again love it to help support me get my extra protein in.

I usually get wicked protein and SEEQ but they are out of stock constantly and I was running low, this has similar ingredients & would be on my doorstep in 2 days so I figured why not?First off it blends well, I use a frother, electric handheld whisk.But it’s so bitter! It has some sort of stevia on the ingredients but you don’t taste it AT ALL.I dumped a bunch of sweetener in it (2 tbsp!) before it was palatable. So yes this works in a pinch but be prepared to sweeten the hell out of it.Otherwise it’s good and if you are sensitive to sweeteners, there really isn’t any in this despite the ingredients list. What the heck is a stevia lol glucoside anyway lol.

Wow ! This is great. Fantastic change from the protein powder blended with milk and fruit.So easy. Put it in your shaker with water and shake. So what if it foams. I say set it in the fridge and give it 10 minutes. Throw in some ice. It's perfect. Love the flavor. Now I want to try them all.

i’ve had lots of protein powders in my life. All of them being milky flavors, i hated them. It became the worst part of my day when i had to gulp down a thick chunky shake. I wanted to try something different. When i saw something seen as a treat and not chore, i gladly ordered. When it arrived i just had to smell it, it smelled like expired, fish oil, gummy, vitamins i though “It’s just the first smell it wont taste bad” i REALLY wanted it to be good. i mixed it with the suggested amount of cold water, thoroughly, shook it with the shaker. To no prevail there was foam with clumps in it. So. Much. Foam. i had used a bottle that had 26 oz not 16 so it foamed really bad. I though whatever and took a sip. The first thing i noticed was the clumps “No big deal, thats normal.” i was a little angry but accepted at as i did with other protein drinks “i can just strain it.” after straining it i took a sip. Disappointment struck me. “I knew it” This was better than a milky taste that i was used to, but thats just because i’m not really a fan of milk too much. But this… It’s nasty. It taste just like how it’s smelled. and the people that said it’s an acquired taste must love raw fish or something. This was the mixed berry flavor but either way, i’m not buying this brand again.

I like the taste and that it isn't a traditional protein "shake", however, it does get very chunky. The texture is odd because it doesn't fully dissolve. I think that it's effective only because you obviously are ingesting the protein. It does NOT smell good. The price is pocketbook friendly.Overall, there is some pluses, and some negatives.The overall quality is good if I could figure out a way to get the product to dissolve properly I think that it would be great.

I’ve been using this clear protein powder every morning and I absolutely love it! I just mix it into my water and it dissolves easily—no clumps and no chalky texture. The flavor is light and refreshing, and best of all, it doesn’t leave that yucky aftertaste like some other protein powders do.It’s the perfect way to get my protein in without feeling like I’m drinking a heavy shake. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!
