The Tea basket attaches magnetically to the lid - Value for Money Expensive but worthed, I have had many brands before this and by far this is better - Temp Control Percise , great for all type of usage and teas like Green Tea and Olong - Boil Speed Super fast, 2-3 Minutes depending how ful it is - Build Quality Superb, Old fashion Germanic I hope the company manufacture other itens liek Toaster and more. I absolutely love my Saki Turkish Tea Maker! The design is both elegant and practical, making it a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The tea comes out rich, aromatic, and exactly like traditional Turkish tea—full-bodied but smooth.The dual teapot design makes it so easy to brew concentrated tea in the top pot while keeping hot water in the bottom pot for adjusting strength. I also appreciate the keep-warm function, which keeps the tea at the perfect temperature for hours without over-brewing it. Cleanup is simple, and the spout pours without drips. Unfortunately, I have a bad experience with this product. I purchased end of February, and start using in March. Until May , it was fine and it stopped heating the water . I contact the customer service they did replace it in June. I was out of town and start using in August . Now , in October start acting up again. I hope company will reimburst my money back. I donot want to deal all the time.

I’m honestly so impressed with this product. The quality is amazing, and the little magnetic feature is such a clever idea — super easy and fun to use. I can finally enjoy hot tea that actually stays hot for about two hours, which is exactly what I’ve been looking for! The design looks great on my counter too.
