I have gone through my fair share of car phone mounts to be honest. From suction cups on the windshield/dash, to vent mounts, even to cup holder mounts. This mount is by far the best one out of all the ones I have tried. The actual stability on the mount is surreal. The idea of having two little support arms at the bottom is genius, I'm not sure why other companies haven't thought of that. The security in the vent with this mount is great, the arm has a strength and great stability, yet it is not hard to remove to change vents.The arms that actually hold and lock your phone in place are very reliable. And locking them together is effortless to me now. When I first bought the item, I would sometimes forget to lock the arms, and of course my phone would fall when I pull off. But now, locking the arms is like second nature right after I put my seatbelt on and before I start the car. The unlocking of these arms are even easier, you just click a button on the bottom left of the mount and the arms open wide once again.Not to mention the sleek design of this item too. In my car, I went for the carbon fiber interior look, and this mount truly matches everything perfectly.My only negative about this product is the support that holds the phone on the bottom (not the bottom support arms that keep the whole mount steady). It has a opening allowing you to wire your charger through and charge your phone while driving, but every time you disconnect your phone, the cord falls and you have to wire it through the hole again and into your phone port. I wish there was a way to keep the cord from falling. But other than that slight inconvenience to me, there is not a single doubt that this mount is worth 5 stars. Would give it 6 if I could.

Hi all. I had an old Anker holder that would not support the size of my new S22, so I went to look for a new one and the reviews of VICSEED caught my attention and I decided to try. Product is great, well-built, easy to use and come with two different vent adapters, both very sturdy. Since I have a Mazda3 Gen 2 with the slanted vents I chose the spring-loaded hook and the two contact "floating" stabilizer. All works great but with a minor issue due to the slanted nature of the Mazda vents. I wrote to the company suggesting them to have a way to fix the stabilizer in a future version just because I like to help companies to perfect products that I like, I wasn't expecting any returns since it is a 20ish dollars item.To my surprise I was contacted on the same day, just few hours later, by Cherri, offering me all the support and even asking my address to send me an alternative vent holder that should be better for the type of vent I have. I replied with my address and in a matter of hours I received the confirmation that the part was sent to my address FOR FREE - remember, it is a 20ish dollars item. It is amazing to have this type of support for it, says a lot about the company and its customer support team.So, three days later the new vent holder arrived, free of charges, and it was exactly what I suggested, a fixed stabilizer. They had the solution already. I think it is not included with the product as very few cars have the same slanted type of vent used in the Mazda3 1st and 2nd generations.I decided to write this review as I think good products with good customer service are a godsend thing nowadays. My sincere thanks to VICSEED and to Cherry, who was amazing in answering my suggestions, find the solution and being sure I received the new part for free.If you are looking for a good phone holder look no further, get this one. Works great and have many options of vent adapters. If the original ones do not work for you just get in contact with the company, and I'm sure Cherry will take a good care of your problem as she did with mine.Luiz

Just got this delivered today. This is a quality phone mount that ships with 2 mounts: the larger Triangular Air Vent Clip & the smaller Twist-Lock Air Vent Clip. I went with the (small) Twist-Lock clip. I have a 2021 Ford Ranger and have been using a Journey Magnetic (MagSafe) air vent mount. The magnet isn't strong enough to hold my iPhone 13 Pro Max when riding over some bumps because of the tight suspension on my vehicle. Because of that, I was looking forward to this new mount because it has clamps. Unfortunately, this mount is slightly larger than the Mag mount & I have very little room to clip it on the vent to the right of the steering wheel. It's in the way of the Wiper switch (slightly). And I can't keep my hand on the steering wheel while turning since my hands hit the mount, not without tilting it at an angle where I could barely see the phone screen. There is no ideal/safe spot to place this mount on my particular vehicle on the drivers side. I ended up clipping it to the left air vent on the passenger side. I would recommend this mount for larger roomier vehicles but not so sure about compact cars/trucks with no flat surfaces like mine. This is a quality mount, but not one size fits all!
