I wasn’t sure what to expect from this at first, but it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s basically a mini smartphone without the phone service — perfect for music, podcasts, audiobooks, and even light app use. Setup was super simple. It comes preloaded with the Google Play Store, so I was able to download all my favorite apps like Spotify, Audible, YouTube, and Kindle. The touchscreen is responsive, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth it runs. The sound quality through Bluetooth is excellent, and I love that it came with a 128GB microSD card — tons of storage right out of the box. Battery life has been great so far — I’ve gotten several hours of playback on a single charge with no overheating issues. It even came with a screen protector, a silicone case, earbuds, and a USB-C charging cable, which made it feel like a great value. If you’re looking for a lightweight media player that doesn’t tie up your main phone, this is a fantastic option — especially for travel or kids. Highly recommend it!

Surprisingly capable for its size and price. The 144GB of storage (64GB internal + 80GB SD card) is more than enough for my music and podcasts. Bluetooth works fine with my earbuds, and WiFi lets me stream from Spotify, Pandora, and Audible without issues. The 4” touchscreen is responsive, and having access to the Play Store is a nice bonus, I was able to install a few other apps easily. Battery life is decent, and it’s nice not having to rely on my phone for music anymore. If you’re looking for a dedicated media player that does more than just play MP3s, this is a solid pick.

Let's start. When connected to any of my PCs or laptops, the device was simply not recognized. Forget about loading the software. After numerous frustrating attempts, I finally got my laptop to recognize it such that I could actually begin to use the software. After over two hours of loading my music, I was initially happy that I got THAT far. So now my 8500+ songs are loaded -- I COULDN'T GET IT TO SYNCH WITH ANY ONE OF FOUR DIFFERENT DEVICES! So, now I have a $65 paperweight.

I bought this mp3 player to replace one which I purchased last year. The old player ran Android 9 and had issues connecting to the Wi-Fi at the gym. This new player works much better, is more responsive and connects easily to Wi-Fi. The only issue I have had is that the provided case and screen protector do not seem to be for this unit. The case is loose when installed and the buttons do not line up with the controls of the device. You cannot charge the player with the case installed because the cutout for the usb port is in the wrong place. The provided screen protector is larger than the display and overlaps onto the frame of the device making it easy to dislodge from the screen.

I love this. Put it on for garden work and house projects so far. Fits perfect in a pocket and stays in there. Smaller than a Roku TV remote. Flat. I think a big benefit would some kind clip contraption to go with and I’ve got the little screen cover it comes with but that scuffed up real quick. That’s extremely probable due to my activities. A couple of those in the box would be better. Sound is great through my earbuds. Without those it’s fine. I use Spotify and Pandora on there. Charged great and remains so. Don’t charge until battery is in the low 20% and under. It stays charged for hours over several days. WiFi is questionable depending on location and if you have access to it. If so, then it’s great. I bought this primarily to use the Libby app to listen to audiobooks because Overdrive no longer supports MP3 downloads for regular MP3 players. This device is very much like an android phone w/o the phone, overkill for my purposes. The Libby app works fine and I can download audiobooks from the library directly to this device which is very convenient. What I learned is even with the book downloaded and the wifi turned off, the book will disappear from the device at the end of the checkout period. Thus I have to download the book again if I have not finished it; this is more of an annoyance with Libby than this device. What is a fault of this device is the terrible battery life. When listening to an audiobook, with wifi turned off, display turned off, it consumes 40% of the battery in one hour. I don't know what fantasy land the claim of something like eight hours came from. That is why it earned three stars.

It has a premium music and media experience. It has compact 4” touchscreen device. With Bluetooth, WiFi, 144GB storage, and access to streaming apps like Spotify, it’s perfect for offline and online listening. It delivers HiFi sound, smooth performance, and great value. Battery timing is great too.
