Excellent addition to clay thrower!
Don’t hesitate, buy this wobbler to add much more fun to clay shooting. Don’t be me wrong the regular work-horse trap is excellent at throwing clays the exact spot every time. This wobbler addition make the patterns not the same pot ever time so it adds lots of fun to shooting clays. It does all angles including high clays, and very low clays. With the included spikes, the clay thrower doesn’t move while staked into the ground. Get this wobbler, you won’t regret it! To assemble it it took some tools, and another person to hold it in place while you bolt it, but it was very easy, and it works very well.

This wobbler really makes shooting clays more enjoyable.
I purchased this wobbler to use with the Champion Work Horse clay pigeon machine. Since the two machines were designed to be paired, assembly and attaching the 2 machines together was relatively easy and they have performed flawlessly together. If you block the wobbler from your view it's impossible to know where the next clay will be thrown. This wobbler has really enhanced the challenge and fun of shooting clays compared to a stationary trap and I would recommend it to anyone wanting one. Just be certain your traps mounting and operating system is a compatible design.

Critical addition to your thrower
Purchased and attached to a wheelybird 2.0. Has been close to two years, but I recall conflicting installation instructions. Regardless had no issues installing. Coming from hand operated spring loaded throwers to this unit configured with the wheelybird is almost breathtaking. No issues with the wobble base, it’s amazing. Did have a wheel randomly fall off the wheelybird which with the wobble actually made some rabbit type shots. Though that has been fixed will purchase with a second unit for a more challenging clay shooting experience.

Assembly note works good and much more fun than same angle every throw
As seen in another review when installing wobbler onto a original WheelyBird to back main mounting bolt is to long to install from top onto handle. When installed from bottom it is too long and interferes and binds with rotation of left to right gear and chain dive. It appeared close so I tried but it would fault motor out it bound so solidly. Quick fix i pulled out and threaded a nut all the way to bolt head then reinstalled and was about perfect standoff allowing clearance to gear chain drive. Other than that small issue pretty easy and quick install. Works great and think variety of throws should make more exciting and hopefully helps improve skills.

Love this thing
The media could not be loaded. Slapped this wobble base on my Walmart thrower in a matter of minutes. It can with its own stand as the holes didn’t line up to keep my caddy base. Well every house hold should own a drill so I popped out two holes and bad da bing bad da boom we have a wobble with a caddy base. Been using it now for 4 months and it doesn’t skip a beat. Zero problems at all 10/10

No more boring same shots.
I bought the wobbler for my Champion freedom bird trap. Installation was very simple. Take out the 4 bolts from the Champion Freedom bird that is mounted to the cart and add a new wobble base to the cart. The only negative thing I would add is that it adds extra weight to the entire machine to have it lifted in & out of a truck or SUV. Otherwise it is worth every penny to buy this add on feature. Just wish it was a little lighter to lift.

Lots of fun
Gave it a five star because it works great and is sooo much fun even though it was missing some bolts, the nuts, bolts and washers were just loose in the box and it appeared to have been assembled and disassembled/returned. I ordered it and a workhorse together. If you get them at the same time read the wobbler’s instructions first and there’s several steps assembling the workhorse you can skip (I didn’t and assembled the workhorse then had to disassemble as part of wobbler assembly).

Great trap addition, but lowest elevation angle is VERY low
I have this base mounted on a Workhorse trap. I like that the assembly is light enough that I can still carry the trap with wobble base installed by myself, although it's a little awkward. The wide azimuth variation is great for practicing sporting clays, although I can see why a dedicated trapshooter would prefer a narrower azimuth variation like you'd see in American trap. The elevation variation is my only nitpick; at the lowest elevation, if you are shooting slightly uphill or over tall foliage, the clays thrown at this angle will smack directly into the ground/foliage. To avoid this, you'd have to shim up the front of the base so it throws in a more upward trajectory (this may be the case with the Wheelybird base).
