Nice water bottle. No need for a fancy, trendy brand. Keeps water cold and ice intact for a long time. Color is great. Size is great. Holds up well in dishwasher. Would purchase again and recommend to others.

I absolutely love my Takeya Actives Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle! I’ve gone through so many water bottles over the years, but this one stands out above the rest. The quality is incredible—it's super sturdy, doesn’t dent easily, and the double-wall insulation keeps my water ice-cold for hours, even on hot days.The spout lid is one of my favorite features. It’s completely leak-proof, easy to drink from, and the wide mouth makes it simple to add ice or clean. Plus, the handle is strong and convenient for carrying on the go. I also love the sleek, matte finish—it looks great and doesn’t get slippery when wet.Whether I’m at the gym, hiking, or just running errands, this bottle goes everywhere with me. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality water bottle that actually does what it promises!Note: This is my second water bottle of this exact brand and style in 6 years. I replaced the first one because the plastic seal for the lid developed some black marks on it. I wanted to be safe and decided to upgrade the whole water bottle instead of searching for a new plastic seal.

This has been a nice water bottle to use. I needed a water bottle that was easy to carry around, and this bottle's handle make it easy for me to not accidentally leave it behind somewhere. The ability to able to hold it with a few fingers is especially useful to me. The cap is easy for me to unscrew, and I have had no troubles drinking from the spout. I haven't tried putting any warm or hot drinks, but my cold drinks stayed nice and cold for hours. I haven't had any leaks from the bottle when holding it sideways. I've only had one tiny leak, and it was because I had overfilled the bottle, but never had any leaks overwise. It has survived some falls thanks to the rubber part on the bottom, so I's say this bottle has had good value for the money I spent.

These are my favorite water bottles- i now own two of them! I use one for kayaking and outdoor adventures, and one in my office. Love the durability, the removable rubber cuff on the bottom (helps to avoid scratches and slips), and the wide mouth that's easy to clean. What a great design! The pour spout on the top is sturdy and not likely to have crack and leak issues like my other water bottles that flip or snap on. It keeps water cold even overnight, and in the winter (even at -5° hiking temps!) the water inside maintains its temp even as the outer bottle gets cold. The inner bottle is metal so no funny plastic smells, which is a top reason I considered this product- my water always smells as clean as ever! I have the larger sizes, so it's a bit heavier, but the swing handle makes it easy to carry by hand or in a backpack, or to strap to a kayak. Super durable, and love the colors- love love love this water bottle!

As far as vacuum insulated stainless steel water bottles go, this is in the middle class tier and performs well and as it's supposed to. There are lower tier off brand water bottles that dent easily and/or don't keep your liquid hot or cold for long, and this Takeya isn't one of those.I've had this for a few years and it's been great. I will probably use this forever. I've dropped it a few times and put hot and cold liquids in this. I've used it to it's full extent. And I like how it comes with a bottle boot/foot to keep it from denting at no extra cost. Other brands charge for this accessory along with any other accessory. It also has never leaked unless I put it on wrong. The grip on the water spout is great but it has come off once or twice when washing. Also, the Hydroflask is getting more expensive every year, and most don't come with a spout.Although, it would be a 5 star rating if the Takeya had a water stout like the Owala. Even though there's nothing wrong with my Takeya, I have switched over to Owala because of their water spout. It's so much easier to use. You can open and drink with one hand! No need to twist off the lid like literally every other water bottle besides the Owala ones. You can also customize the Owala with different colors. You'd have to buy the different colored parts though, so you might have extra Owala water spouts with no bottles to put them on.Additionally, the bottle boot sometimes gets stuck when I put it in my car cup holders making it hard to take out and the boot gets stuck in the cup holder every time. I like the protection it provides though.
