I bought this humidifier because I wanted something with a larger tank capacity than my two smaller ones that I have to refill every few hours. Searching through the myriad options, I settled on this one due to its water capacity, reviews and interesting design. Im in the Midwest and the indoor humidity tanks to around 30% with the heat kicking on during the winter. 30% humidity is rather uncomfortable in that it draws moisture out of my body and leaves me with dry skin. So this necessitated the a high powered humidifier that could continually pump out sufficient moisture to combat the dry in-home conditions.Out of the box, assembly was easy and straight forward. No degree required! Added purified water, plugged it up, pressed start and 30 seconds later four jets of water vapor started pouring out to my excitement! I forget the water tank liter to gallon conversion, but I want to believe that the tank holds a few gallons of water and ran for two consecutive days at the lowest setting. I was happy that I didnt have to refill the tank every few hours. I have used the humidifier everyday for the past month and have not had any issues to speak of. When the tank is empty the humidifier automatically shuts off; so I unplug it, roll it into the kitchen and refill it with water and roll it back to its home in my living room to get back to serving its purpose. Then two days later, I repeat the process.The humidifier has an essential oil tray, which is a nice addition if you’re into that. There is an external hygrometer that measures the humidity level so the humidifier knows when to shutoff when the desired humidity is reached. The four jets allow vapor to spray in different directions and not in one direction, which can lead to puddling or mist accumulating around the humidifier if it was only a single jet. Folks with smaller humidifiers will know what I mean. The height is between 4-5 feet which also helps to keep the water vapor in the air longer where it is needed vs the smaller humidifiers that are 1-2 feet tall and sit closer to the floor.I will say that one of the surprise feature was the proactive communication stance from the seller. Nowadays, customer service is such a lost art that it was more than comforting to receive an email from the seller, following my purchase, thanking me and including several helpful tips to be mindful of when the humidifier arrived. Then two weeks later, I received another email from the seller inquiring as to my satisfaction with the product and making themselves available if I had any questions or concerns. Just the follow-up alone gave me the peace of mind that I made a wise purchase that the seller stood behind.Overall, zero complaints, 100% satisfied with my purchase decision and would recommend this large capacity humidifier for folks constantly challenged with low indoor humidity environments who find those smaller capacity humidifiers a pain to constantly refill.

This is an amazing humidifier. We live in a desert area. It’s very dry during the summer, but it’s even worse in the winter when you have the heat on in our house. Everything was staticky, my husband would get bloody noses, everyone had dry skin even though we lotion up. I found this gem and bought it. Our living area is 1000 sq ft. After two days of continuous use, we had 52% humidity. The wheels make it easy to move because it gets heavy once filled with water. I bought drops to put in the humidifier to keep it from getting gross inside because humidifiers do. Highly recommend this product to my friends and family.

I live in a log home with wood paneled interior, and it takes a huge amount of re-humidification to make my house livable during the winter. I initially purchased a Consumer Report's recommended unit (a Vicks unit) that works quite well, but requires refilling more often than is comfortable. This Petsaint unit not only has better mist output than the Vicks, but in particular it holds a huge amount of water - so it can go WAY more than the 8-12 hours that I get out of the Vicks.The remote and timer on the Petsaint unit are nice features, but I have to leave it on high all the time in my situation.I've given it 5 stars because it does exactly what it says and what I expected. However, a suggestion... the photos show the 4 outputs, and all 4 shoot out quite a lot of mist - so it has to be kept away from walls (note that the pics all show it in the middle of the room). I'd love to be able to block 2 of the ports so that it only shoots away from a wall area. (I currently have 2 pecans shoved into the ports…looking for the correct sized corks!!)

The product arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. We have not had good luck with these types of humidifiers in the past but we thought we’d try one again. We are using reverse osmosis treated water which helps the performance in my opinion. This thing puts out a lot of moisture and is meeting the need of the rather large space on our first floor. We may buy another one for the 2nd floor. Another nice touch was that the manufacturer reached out both before and after the unit arrived. The before arrival communication gave further tips about assembly and start up. The post arrival communication was to ensure everything went well and asked if we were happy with the product. You don’t see that kind of follow up very often with Amazon vendors.The only thing I’d suggest in the way of improved design is a slightly deeper fill area on the top to minimize splashing. 1/2 to one inch deeper would be nice. It’s also a bit difficult to see the fill line while you are filling the tank. Both minor issues and neither affect the moisture it puts out.All in all, we highly recommend this product and vendor. We will likely buy another one.

we have a boiler system with radiator heat. It’s a very dry heat so we get static in the winter when it’s cold and dry skin of course. Decided to buy a humidifier this year. This time does the job. We have a huge living room and it takes it a while to get the humidity level up but it does do the job. moved it to the smallest bedroom we have one day, about 9 x 10 and close the door. Within about 40 minutes or so condensation started to build up so it definitely does the job. It’s quiet I saw one review where it was claimed that this thing tipped over easy and extremely dangerous. That is a load of malarkey. I suppose if you had rambunctious kids or dogs it could tip over but the worst thing that could happen is making a mess. Not the slightest bit dangerous. we have two rather large dogs that like to play, and we placed this in a spot in the room away from where they are very easily. The item is very light, but with several gallons of water in it it weighs it down pretty good. Haven’t had it for long, but so far, I definitely recommend this thing.
