Kitchen grinder
Love this little kitchen grinder! Works well, even on hard loose products. Great pour spout, easy to clean up as well.

Good for grinding or mixing; good size; good power; good design
Solid, strong. Versatile. Used for blending dry ingredients for cookie small batches. The filter also useful for sprinkling flour on cutting board for dough working. Also used for blending a 3-sweetener mix. I believe it can grind coffee though have not tried yet. The top comes on/off easily. The 2-level force control easy to operate (lower speed to super speed). The 2-1/2 cup capacity allows for a good sized batch of anything ground. The body has clear visual direction on exactly where to place and lock/unlock the cup to the base and in what direction to turn. The cover locks/unlocks easily and securely. The body has no-slip suction feet that keep it in place on the counter. All good things; I rarely take time to review, given I take care of an elder 24/7, but this product deserved some time spent on reviewing.

Great Customer Support – Perfect for Small Batch Grinding
This 500W kitchen grinder turned out to be much smaller than I expected, especially for something advertised as heavy-duty. Initially, I was a bit disappointed because the container only holds a small amount at a time — not ideal for larger kitchen tasks or meal prepping. If you're looking to grind large batches of spices, grains, or nuts, you’ll definitely have to work in stages. However, where this product really stands out is in how the seller handled the situation. After sharing my concerns, their customer service team reached out promptly and resolved the issue professionally and courteously. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. As for the grinder itself, it’s easy to use, lightweight, and works really well for smaller quantities. It’s great for grinding coffee beans, dried herbs, or spices quickly and efficiently. The motor speed is solid, and cleanup is easy. I did notice a faint smell during longer use, but nothing alarming — just typical of small kitchen appliances when used continuously. What started as a frustrating experience turned into a very positive one thanks to the support team. I now understand that this is best used as a compact grinder for everyday light use, not bulk processing. With that in mind, I’m very satisfied. Overall, a good product backed by excellent service. I’m happy to give it five stars for quality, ease of use, and great post-sale support!

Perfect
After ordering three times from other sellers, and all the items arriving damaged or not working at all, I finally got the perfect one. It works great and has made my life so much easier when it comes to grinding my own flour. I'm currently in South America and always use flour in my recipes, but I'm a little wary of its origin and how dirty it might be after grinding. So now I just buy the grains and grind my own flour. I've also ground my own spices. It works perfectly and without any problems. As a tip, if you use this outside the USA, you'll need a voltage converter, otherwise you could damage it. I highly recommend this seller.

Overheats and Shuts off after less than 30 seconds
Disappointed. Works less than 30 seconds then overheats and shuts off. Then have to wait 1 hour for it to cool off and work again. Would have been perfect for small batch milling but took forever to grind 5 cups of flour for bread recipe. Had to use my Nutri bullet and small herb grinder for back up.

Grinds my coffee and all my seeds in a breeze. Note that the blades are very close to the bottom to grind even the smallest of seeds. I let it rest for a minute every so often when I'm making a lot of seed butters. I then transfer the ground seeds to my powerful blender to more easily emulsify into a butter. I used to make my seed butters in my Vitamix but I had to scrape down the sides very often during the process. It took a long time to make the butters without pre-grinding. My new kitchen grinder cuts that part of the job to minutes. Love this machine. If you like eating fresh ground flax, chia, sesame and poopy seeds this machine is magic. Seed spices; works like a charm. Just make sure to rest your machine so it does not heat up too much. You can tell by touching it if it gets too hot. Just do something else for a min. and come back to it. One of my favorite purchases ever.

I was so excited at prospect of receiving a 600ml Jar to grind my spices. It took me 20sec to grind 150gms coriander seeds. 400gms of Cumin took less than 5 mins. Regardless of how long I ran the grinder I gave it an hour break after using 5 times. Also I keep it half or 1/3 full. The volume increases when spice is Powdered. Also there's enough room in the jug to get the job done well without the blender struggling. It says use 90 sec then take a break for 2 mins. I kept 2 timers. One when I start using it & another for 2min break time - I set it to maximum 80sec. I have not gone over 1min. After 5 times I gave a break of 1hr. I got encouraged to try grinding a handful of Star Aniseed. I was careful to run it for 1min and check. Another 20sec and it was fine powder. It's such a blessing! I'm being careful as some reviews say it's working fine - others say it didn't last. So I like the thought of finishing a whole bag of spice (with precaution) in a jiffy (not counting break time). I just space out grinding 1 spice per day. I could buy Sweet Cinamon powder before (tried not to grind at home) now it's no longer available. So next I'm going to try Cinnamon. I haven't tried the wet grinder yet. Looks promising if used with care!

It's just as it say on description. I grinded my cardamon seeds in one go. Everything to powder in seconds. If like me looking for a good cheap grinder, I recommend this 100%. It was money well spent.
