This compact vac is light weight, easy to handle and has a good suction for its size. One of the important factor for meis that this vac has only one washable filter, thus being simpler to maintain. In the past, many bag-less vacuum cleanersI used to have had 3 or 4 filters that you had to clean regularly in order to maintain optimal function. Being bag-less wasconvenient but having to wash out 3 or 4 filter was so annoying that I ended up switching back to vacs with disposable filters. This design is better in that regard. It is perfect for residential use in smaller dwellings.

This vacuum is awesome!!! My Shark of over 10 years quit on me, and I decided to go for this one. I'm glad I did!! The power is fantastic!! It's light but mighty. It comes with every attachment you would need. Actually the first time I used it it got sooo much out of the carpet, it made me wish I had bought it sooner.

Easy to use and really picks up pet hair well. Overall design is good and works great on carpet. Has very strong suction. After a couple of months though it has begun to slightly lean/tilt instead of staying locked in its upright position.

Very pleased with this vacuum. I have a cat that is always leaving her fur everywhere. This little light weight vacuum is excellent at picking up fur off of rugs and wood floors. I especially love the way it picks up cat litter. My other vacuum went over the litter and spewed it out everywhere. The turbo brush is excellent for vacuuming out her carpeted cat tree! Highly recommended for all pet owners.

Brand new out of the box this LIGHT WEIGHT POWERFUL VACUUM is amazing. It's a weird feeling to say look at everything it captured from my floors and rugs. I hope it stays this strong. I hope I am this happy in a year from now ! Little noisy, have to switch lever for type of floor.

Love this vacuum! My pet vacuum died and really planned on just buying the same one. However this came up as a similar item so I looked it over. It has 2 things my vaccuum didn't have (a floor surface adjustment and what looked like a great brush for getting pet hair off of furniture) and it was on sale for cheaper than my old one so I bought it. The pet brush didn't work as well as I thought it would but questioning owner error or if I got a defective one. It has a spinning wheel with a brush on it but it doesn't move to aid in fur removal once attached. Haven't had time to really look into why it didn't work as my service dog had emergency surgery within days of purchasing this and has a lengthy recovery.That said, this little vacuum is so powerful!! I no longer have to go over areas several time to get every lasy bit of fur off the carpet as well as anything else down in the fibers! It works on my hard floor areas like a dream, getting the caught in the crevices stuff that I used to have to do by hand. It is very lightweight which is a must for me as I'm disabled and very easy to empty and clean. The cord is so long I can clean my whole apartment with only changing the outlet once. My old vacuum which was a top brand I had to change outlet 4 times to vacuum the whole space. The floor type adjustment is on the front on top of the base and can be changed easily with my foot. For the first time in my 50+ years I am in love with a vacuum cleaner LOL Will buy again if its available when this one goes.

I always try to buy Bissell products because it’s good quality and they help animals. This product I’m only going to give three stars and that’s because it’s not very good at doing a bare floor. The other reason is because I’m pretty tall and I realize this is a small vacuum cleaner for like a small apartment or whatever but they could make the handle longer not just for tall people, but to reach up and do corners of your ceilingWhere the cobwebs and where the creepy Crawley’s hide and of course to do the edging around your house without being all bent over. And then, of course reading the product registration card. It says that you’re gonna get 10% off accessories to help keep your machine running strong. I would like to think that those things would come with the machine, not knowing what they are, of course. But anything to make a buck to bleed the consumer dry. Overall, I am quite impressed with what it pulled out of the carpet. It’s easy to think it’s amazing with the amount that it collects because it’s a small container. But overall, I’m impressed. If this was to make those small improvements, it would be even better!

I might actually look forward to vacuuming now!! I already had a different Bissell model, but it was starting to feel heavy to use. Especially to carry up and down the stairs. Blame a bum shoulder for that. But this??? This weighs about half and I swear it has double the power. I could see it lifting the rug while I was using it. The cup was half full from one use….on rugs I just vacuumed with my old model, less than a week ago!! And it wasn’t even in a heavy traffic area. I’m so impressed I bought another one. I know I could carry this one with ease between floors, but it’s also smaller than my older model, so doesn’t take up much space, so why not. This one wins all around.
