Ive used this 3 or 4 times now. The ice block is super convenient. Freezes fast and stays cold. Easy to wash and sturdy. Leak proof, seals good. Can fit a full adult meal. A little slippery and awkward to carry at times, but sleek if you have a bag for it. I bought it to avoid the lunch bag so a bit of a catch 22. All in all, good quality and im sure itll get many years of use.

Great product. Keeps things cold, has plenty of space to pack a lunch for an adult, and I love the freezer pack that fits perfectly inside. I will likely buy more for the rest of the family.

Bought these for the whole family for a trip to Yellowstone so we could carry lunches in our backpacks. The concept is great, and the size and ability to configure the compartments is great. The only drawback is the thing is surprisingly heavy with the ice pack inserted, and also can be pretty difficult to pry open with the ice pack inserted. Sometimes I have to jam a butter knife in there to get it out! Now that I use it for kids school lunchbox, I stopped using the ice pack and just slid the box inside a soft insulated lunch bag with an ice pack on the outside, or no ice pack (it stays at a pretty even temperature for the few hours at school in the morning). I still like that it’s larger than the other Bento boxes you typically see and it’s cool looking.

Bought this for my daughter to use at school. Appears to be leak proof so far, durable and seals no problem. Size is good. Removable freeze tray helps keep foods cool. Easy to transport in a bookbag or a lunch box with other items.

My husband was complaining I was sending him too much food ha! Also, his lunch was not staying cold/cool in summer weather even with ice packs. He was tired of all the different containers and I was tired of washing 4 or 5 plastic food containers. This Bentgo Chill lunch box has been perfect! It has a removable ice pack that goes right under the food tray. The food compartments are just right size and hubby said it's plenty for what I send him for lunch. You can remove the freezer pack and put hot food in the lunch box in winter months and it stays warm. Easy to clean. Doesn't leak. I recommend this 100%!

This is an excellent lunchbox, it fits well in a backpack and is overall easy to clean. I like the ice tray that fits snugly under the food compartment. I think the lunchbox is sturdy and well insulated, and the seals at the top of the lid minimizes leakage from one compartment to another. I have purchased two of these. I had a issue with mold growing on the seal of one lunchbox and the manufacturer was quick to respond, easy to work with and provided a replacement. I am very pleased and would purchase again.

Great item and cute! Removable ice tray keeps lunches cold. Seals airtight. Holds enough food for my 13 year old.
