I’ve now used two of these in my Resmed mini CPAP machine. These seem to work just as well as the originals in maintaining some humidity in the inhaled air when not using a water reservoir. No these don’t work as well as having a warmed water reservoir on a Resmed 10 or 11. They are much better, however, than using a CPAP machine without this feature.
