This was a super affective at helping me sleep and relieving my back pain. I would only take one pill because with two, I wouldn’t hear my alarm and/or wake up very groggy. One was enough for me but I would also take it early evening so I could still wake up ready to go in the morning.

These are brilliant, didn’t work the first week but the 2nd made such a difference. I have a stressful job and due to being tired all the time I didn’t feel I was functioning.
