I have a soft bed and I want a firm one so bad but until then I decided to see if my pillow was the cause of my neck pain. I’m am so happy I tried this pillow cause my neck pain is gone does what it supposed to there and even though it’s not as big as I like it works! I paid 60$for a pillow from Walmart (and it didn’t work) and to think I could have had relief for a fraction of the cost .

It is comfortable for back and side sleeping. However it is only 1 sided and pillow cases do not fit it very well. Otherwise I am satisfied.

Pillow does not look like the advertised picture

Purchased this for my husband, and now I’m going to order another for myself. Super comfortable, a little funky to figure out how to use it but I just looked at the Amazon picture and instantly figured it out. Stays cool on both sides and as a belly sleeper this was so comfortable for your neck.

This pillow definitely isn't for side sleepers with broad shoulders. It was way too thin for me. Did not bring relief as others have mentioned. It also was very hot.
