Neck pillow it’s honestly great! The size is just right, not too big or small. The memory foam feels high quality, soft but supportive. I love the cooling effect, especially during hot nights, it doesn’t trap heat like regular pillows. It stays flat and keeps its shape, which helps with my neck pain. I wake up with less stiffness and better sleep. The pillowcase is breathable and comfy, and for the price, I think it’s really good value for money. Definitely recommend if you need pain relief and better neck support while sleeping.

This is a really nice pillow. I like that the cover is quilted, and it's very comfortable. It holds its shape well, but can also be bunched up if needed. I would say the foam is medium firm. It didn't have any smell upon opening, which is nice; some foam things I've gotten have. It has the perfect concave shape to help with neck pain. Overall, I like this pillow a lot and it's just what I wanted.

Not a side sleeper pillow, does not give/allow accurate comfortability as described for side sleeping. Causes more pain than comfort. Okay for back sleeping, definitely not for side sleeping, as the curvature of the pillow and ability for arm placement are lacking. Pillow is firm for its intended purpose, yet soft. Removable casing is soft with a velvety touch. But the support is not there and very uncomfortable for side sleeping.Shipping was accurate and fast, housed neatly in a compressed packaging. Took only minutes to expand fully, with no foul odors.
