Family Use at Home
We got this HP 15.6" laptop for the whole family to share and it's been working really well. The Intel Core i3 and 64GB RAM make it fast enough for homework, video calls, and streaming movies without any trouble. The screen is clear and easy on the eyes and the full keyboard with number pad is super handy. Setup was simple, and Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 connected right away. Great choice for everyday stuff like emails, school work, and online shopping

Do NOT buy!!!!
Beware of this device and potentially this seller, as I haven't gone a solid day of use without getting a blue screen off death forcing reboots randomly. Approaching two months since purchase and had to work with Asurion twice and HP at least one today. I've done CHKDSK, Scandisk, windows memory checks, windows update repairs, full BIOS hardware testing, BIOS firmware update, driver and Windows hosts, and now a Windows restore, all with no resolution. Trying to find the serial number now to get HP to honor the warranty...
