Does this come with installation instructions by chance and other parts needed or size of pipes needed to connect to flow to sump? Thanks!

Can I cut this if my grow bed is media depth is less than 7"?

Hello Rob, yes, you can cut it, provided the same length is cut off of both the stand pipe and the siphon are equal in length. Then also, if you cut the notched end of the siphon, it would have to be re-notched so as not to tamper with its operational properties. Please understand that once it is cut, we cannot take it back. What size container can be used with this siphon?

Hi Ruben, the most important consideration would be the height. As long as your container is at least about 9-10" in height, you can use this siphon since water will start draining once it reaches 8". The length and width of your container is not as much of a consideration since water will drain evenly out of the siphon. Thank you for the inquiry.
