You will learn over time to place the strips consistently so just relax it’ll happen after about a week. I have used this product for several months every evening. I put it on early evening to get the benefit while watching TV. I have found my breathing is not just improved at night. There’s an effect all day as my sinuses feel healthier and airways more open.
