Protective pet netting
If your looking for a transparent netting that doesn’t obscure you view and keeps you pet safe then look no further. I have found this product to be of good quality, suitable for my cats safety and non - intrusive. I have purchased this netting on three occasions to ensure the balcony’s and windows are safe from puddy danger! Well that’s the good bits now for the bad bits! You can fit it on your own but it will take patience and numerous attempts to get it right, that’s if you’re fussy like me. Ideally two people are recommended for fitting. I had plenty of cable ties to hand to get the positioning right before the permanent fix - I would highly recommend this method.

So far so good
So far this has been a delight, I’m now less anxious about my balcony door being left open. My cat still has the audacity to nibble on it but so far no signs of damage, this product is incredibly cheap which is why I was hesitant but after buying a bigger size and folding it 3 times I was happy with the outcome. You don’t need to use the hooks provided as the net stays up nicely with the command transparent hooks. All in all it’s a bit fiddly and frustrating to set up but for the price you can’t go wrong

Very happy so far and no escapes!
Needed something that wasn't too obstructive, this did the trick. Looks good (fairly clear) and tried to pull it apart with my hands, it's like a very strong nylon/fishing wire - it hurt my hands before I could snap it!Seems to do the job but cats always find a way!Click 'HELPFUL' below if you found this useful ;)

Does the job but hard to fit
I bought this to stop birds flying onto my balcony. It was quite fiddly to put up and it isn't completely rectangle, the size reduces on both ends. Because of this it was hard to put it up neatly but it will do for the time being.

Not worth the money
We bought this to cover the top of our cat pen. The spec says 3m x 4m and our cat pen is 2.4m x 3.6m so you’d think it would be do the job. Far from it, it came in almost a hammock shape and despite stretching it out we couldn’t get it to cover the top of the pen completely. I’d ask for a refund but suspect that it is just badly designed. We have other Trixie stuff which is really good so really disappointed with this purchase

Low quality product
Look elsewhere if you can! This is not a good product. I needed to block a relatively small space to stop my cat from going into my neighbour's flat. All the other cat nets I saw on here were way too big and a lot more expensive. I thought I could get away with the smaller one and this is the only one I found that was in stock right now (I needed it urgently). Having put it up today, I can confirm that it's very flimsy (already had a hole in the mesh within minutes) and the size isn't accurate either. There seem to be bits of the net at each end that don't stretch as far as they're meant to, so the net isn't 150cm x 200 cm all the way through. We managed to put it up OK, but I'm pretty sure if the cat decided to try and jump up and try to climb it, it would rip in second. I'm basically hoping the sight of it will deter her from trying, as otherwise I'll need to invest in a better net. Because it's up and blocking the space, so I'm giving it two stars and not one, though I'm not sure how long it will stay.

but its been great. I dont have an enclosure for my cats
I was a bit dubious when I unpacked this at first, couldnt for the life of me think how this was going to stop my cats escaping, but its been great.I dont have an enclosure for my cats, and since theyre indoor pets I wanted to make sure they were safe but could still get fresh air and so that I could open the windows properly in Summer.I can do that now,its very secure once its on and neither of them have attempted to climb it.I wish Id bought it at the start of the Summer rather than nearer the end but Ive left it on so that even on a nicer Autumn day I can get the house aired properly. It wont keep insects out, just thought Id point that out ,but then thats not what its for, does the designated job really well though and Im pleased I bought it :)

Keeps my little Lady safe
My cat, Lady, loves an adventure. She got out of a high window and got stuck on the roof, but because we want the ventilation in the house (especially in summer) we needed to fins the right solution to keep her safe. This was a little bit fiddly to set up, especially weaving the string through the net ready to hook up. Putting the hooks in was simple (but I wish there was more in the kit). Once in place it's great. Because of the gap between the edge of the net and the window cill (the length of a hook) we put a blanket on the cill so Lady could sit safely on the cill and look out at the world.I would recommend- it's not perfect but its been doing the job of keeping Lady safe for over half a year now.
