I'm giving this a 5 star so ppl will see it. But this deserves a 3 star at most. The touch screen is so sensitive in certain spots. The phone will shut off randomly. When you swiping the screen will pick random stuff. I guess thats why its so cheap. It's good to get you by if you can't afford a oem one or a better one. But I wish I would have went with a better one.

Bad screen replacement/ The selfie cam slot was pre-smudged so the front camera face recognition didnt work. Tried to wipe it out with alcohol but didnt help. Tried to return but refund was denied

Ok so I bought this and an Asurion insurance to cover breakage. Sure enough it broke the first time it was dropped. But the worst part is that Asurion blew me off and made it impossible to file a claim. Ok so now a follow up. Asurion was lagging on responding to a claim so Amazon canceled them which left me with no insurance and refunded my money so I got on the phone with a human at Amazon and they handled it very well. New screen came within 24 hrs at no charge. All I can say from going through this is be very careful using Asurion.

After the installation once the phone is plugged in to charge the display calibration is out, then 2 days ago display went white while I was using the phone no impact or anything, garbage deserve zero stars
