The watch is perfect described, battery lasts about 5 days with continuous wear. Charges from dead in 1 hour. Bought 2, one for a woman, one for a man. Fit is really not an issue here for either of us between the silcone band or linked band, we prefer the links but both fit well. One watch needed link extentions and the customer service is outstanding: they are quick to respond, polite and eager to help. Watch and app are super easy to use, I haven't had any issue syncing, the heart rate monitoring as well as the sleep and blood presure monitoring are great. We used this product as a replacement for FitBit and are really happy with the result so far. I recommend purchasing.

My first "smart" watch. The size seems a little bulky to me. The battery life is 24 hours at best. I noticed it lights up with every movement of my arm. It drives me nuts. I tried to sleep with it and it is like a light in my face at night every time I move. The features don't have anything to fix that. The directions are vague. The sync is easy and quick. However, when I want to listen to something on my phone it randomly connects to the watch. Accuracy, it seems to only tell the temp in Celsius. It's construction quality seems good but I don't think I will be keeping this product. I plan to return it.Update: the seller has been in contact with me and has offered tech advice as well as an outstanding service to get me to reconsider returning the watch.

I am confused about the "Included accessories" there's a cleaning cloth, I understand it, but there's a "Screen Protector LCD Screen Cleaning Clothes", with that being included in would expect it to have a Screen protector included but there isnt......doesn't make sense to me.With all that being said, 24 hrs in and I really like it for the most part. The menu display changed for some reason and I can't get it back the way it was but that is probably operator error......the BP and Blood oxygen appear to be really close which surprises me. It's nice that it includes the tool to remove links to make the metal watch band smaller but it would be really nice if it included 2 links you could add to make it bigger, or at least information about where to get them........With all that said, stay tuned I might update this in the future.......Update 07/04/2025 I added a star!I was contacted by customer service and they promptly supplied me with links for in the band!! So I would say good customer service.However they still haven't addressed the missing screen protector, if they make that right I would gladly give them the 5th star However until then I'm gonna stay at 4 stars.......Stay tuned there may be further updates......

Awesome watch! Got it for Father’s Day and my dad loved it, small issue with the charging port but the company answered me right away to try to find a solution. Usually bad customer service makes me more inclined to not purchase anymore items but the quick answer to try to help was awesome, I would buy again especially for my tios !

Great watch for the price - it really is simply unbeatable. I have had this for about a week and I am very happy with the watch. Has everything I need and then some. Bonus is that the battery for me lasts about four days, which is far better than most other smart watches I have had. The only area for improvement is having a setting that allows you to keep the dial on for a longer duration when you raise it to view the time. Apart from that, completely satisfied.

Amazing watch for the price, the quality a features are very good, the bands that come with watch nice crafted and solid, nothing about this watch is cheap looking. I’d highly recommend, you won’t find a better smartwatch for the price.

The quality of the watch is excellent. The water repellent capability is good. I've worn it to the shower a couple times. No problems with the functioning, have an issue with the blood pressure measurement and any other thing that uses the LEDs to test through the skin. Whatever the blood pressure is not correct and it's not accurate at all. It also calls into question the steps that are done. I know I didn't walk a mile and a half one day and it said I'd walk 3,000 steps. I may have walked 500, maybe 800 steps total the whole day and it measured a mile and a half so there's a lot of things that are at issue with this watch. It's hard to navigate using the on-screen display. The manuals not very well put together. You can't understand what it's trying to say, so good luck with that. The battery is amazingly Stout and lasts a long time. Other than that it looks good. It has a good band on it but so far as accuracy for what I want to use it for. It's a pass and I would return it if I could and get something else but I'm just going to suck this up to the other 10 or so watches I purchased from Amazon from various vendors and they're all pretty much garbage. They're not being used and they're in a drawer in a box.
