Upgraded from a very old robot hoover and must say I'm thoroughly impressed. Found it very easy to set up, it mapped my house excellently and the mopping function is a god send. Love having the option of both the app and the remote control and can't fault the product, which picks up pet hair well and is thorough with mopping with the added benefit of being self emptying. Amazing product, worth every penny.

I’m really pleased with the Monsga MS1MAX – it’s honestly made such a difference at home. The cleaning power is excellent and it covers the rooms really well once it’s mapped the space. It’s so nice to wake up every morning to clean floors without having to think about it.I will say, like with any robot vacuum, you do need to spend a bit of time at the start making sure there aren’t places it can get stuck. I’ve also had to get into the habit of not leaving cables on the floor. But once I’d done that, the whole thing just runs so smoothly. The exclusion-area function in the app is a lifesaver – I’ve set up a couple of “no-go zones” and now it just avoids those areas completely, which makes things so much easier.It’s quieter than I expected, the battery lasts a long time, and I love that I can schedule it to run at night. I’ve had other vacuums before that felt a bit like a gimmick, but this one really delivers. It’s reliable, easy to use, and does exactly what I hoped it would.Would definitely recommend it – a great buy!

I’ve been using the Monsga MS1 MAX for a few weeks & I’m honestly impressed by how efficient it is. It was easy to set up & once connected to the app easy to use. It mapped my house accurately and you can clean the whole of the floor, room clean, zone clean or only spot clean which is very clever as I don’t need to do a whole room always. It navigates around furniture & any obstacles really well. It picks up the dirt on surfaces from hard floors to carpets and has different suction levels in both vacuum & mopping leaving my floors spotless. Once completed it returns to base & self empties. This is a little noisy but not much of an issue as it takes about 10 secs. The only negative I have found would be that long hair gets wrapped around the brush but it is really easy to unclip to clean. The price point was a major plus especially as I bought it on sale & on an offer. Frankly I would not be without Max now for anything.

Really pleased with my purchase to replace an older robot vac of a different brand. It picks up much better, is quieter and the LIDAR navigation means it cleans more quickly and efficiently, not going over the same area again and again.It’s very effective and doesn’t need to be sent around multiple times to get a clean floor, and seems quite powerful. I really love that it empties into the docking station so it doesn’t have to be emptied every day. This part is quite loud, but doesn’t last long! When the vacuum is going round the house you can barely hear it. The mopping feature is also great, and it mops really well - not too much or too little water. The docking station is really unobtrusive too.For the money it’s a great little vacuum, and makes it easier to keep on top of pet hair etc. If you’re looking to upgrade or to get your first robot vacuum for a reasonable price, I definitely recommend it!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the Monsga MS1 Max for a while now and I’m very satisfied. The suction power is strong, it picks up dust and pet hair with no problem, and the battery life is decent for daily cleaning. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and the design makes it simple to empty and clean the dust container. A great choice if you’re looking for a reliable cordless vacuum.

We already had a vacuum Robot but this is so much better! Highlights for me are the strength of the suction when vacuuming, the mop function and the App control. The MS1MAX (we call Billy) is very easy to set up using the Remote control App, loads of control over using different maps, suction and mop settings and you can see it on you phone tracking on the map of your rooms. Connection to wifi was dead easy too. It has huge capacity for dust with a pretty big bag in the base unit too. The Mop function is very useful (more of a wet wipe than a floor scrub) but it leaves the floors feeling very clean indeed. A definite upgrade at a very reasonable price - you will not be disappointed.
