Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Melatonin Tea, 18 Count

I honestly did not expect this tea to work this well… but wow. About 30 minutes after drinking it, I could literally feel my eyes getting heavy. I tried to fight it (because my ADHD brain never wants to shut up at night), and next thing I know , I’m fully asleep. No tossing, no racing thoughts, just out. I woke up early feeling calm, refreshed, and most importantly, with no headache or grogginess. That alone shocked me. As someone with ADHD whose mind is constantly on overdrive at night, this actually helped quiet things down. It works. Genuinely surprised me enough that I immediately bought another box. One very important side note: this tea contains catnip. I learned this the funny way when my cat went on a full-blown mission searching for it like her life depended on it. Had to move the box into a cupboard. Entertaining, but fair warning. Overall: effective, calming, and now a semi-permanent part of my night time routine. Just don’t leave it where your cat can find it.

Was having a hard time getting back into a sleep routine after having a baby, this tea worked wonders for me when nothing else was working. I heard from a doctor that with melatonin, less is more. They usually reccomend taking 0.5mg but one tea bag had 1.0mg, so one tea bag will work better than two. I am a herbal tea drinker so the taist didn't bother me too much, its like camomile with a hint of peppermint, I suggest having it with a spoon of honey.

I actually can't get over how great this tea is! My son hasnt slept properly in months due to his autism and adhd, the latest hes fallen asleep is 3 am. Tonight he tried it and he was asleep before 8pm. I couldn't recommend this enough.

This tea knocks you out it’s amazing

Bought for my mother, to help her sleep after bereavement. They worked straight away. She said taste is an acquired one, but they work, so that's all that matters

The product is ok but not great

These don't make any difference to our sleep, even using two bags in one cup. We have tried several nights now. Absolute waste of money & they are very expensive! Very disappointed.

Really works, 2 bags and in a large cup, 40 minutes before bed and I sleep like a baby! Shame that it's so overpriced. Hopefully other companies will start making their own products to drive down the extortionate price!

I bought this tea for myself so that I can relax after a long day and have a good night of sleep! I enjoy the taste, aroma, and quality of this wonderful tea.
