Mixes in well and has no taste
Loving this, I've added fibre to my diet without lots of extra calories, great for keeping well while dieting. I put 5g into porridge in the morning and mix well and I'm in good shape for the day. No taste at all, mixes easily and works. Everything is so much softer and more regular. By weighing 5g per portion I get 40 portions from the 200g packet which works well for getting good value for money - I don't need to use as much as they say to use which is more affordable.

Very effective.
This is my go to for when I feel I need to encourage bowel movement. When I've felt impacted, this stuff certainly gets stuff moving and I've had farts from taking this that rivalled the first I had after a colonoscopy.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Just wanted to try and up my intake of fibre as I know I don’t get enough in my diet ! It’s to early to say the impact on my system yet but it easy to take and has no flavour can add to either cold or hot drinks which is good

The results are totally worth it.If you’re looking for something effective and easy to fit into your day, I definitely recommend this.
