Was very happy with the quality. Spun the lead screws with a drill at several hundred rpm’s and they didn’t wobble at all. Bearings are all tight and no play in the bearings or screws. For the price you can’t beat it.

I am very happy with this rail set.I am using it to extend mt 6050 CNCEST to be over 4 feet long.The price and quality is great.

the rails and blocks i got HGR20-1500mm where great for what i paid but the ball screw ball screw-nut, and pillows are a bit small for the length ... there is about .020' runout so trying to get 300ipm of travel probably not going to be happening but if you run them slowish they would be fine.... oh and something that should be mentioned is the ballscrew block that is supposed to have thrust bearing (nearest the motor) just has two regular bearings so there is .005 worth of backlash (in mine) there alone. but really i paid less for the set than i would just for one name brand block so at the end of the day i'm happy ...... thanks

This is insanely sturdy and accurate. Literally no play at all when i slide the blocks around. Going to buy more next time just wow!

All components fit well together and linear rails slide without friction or noise. This has a great value for the cost and is helping me to build a CNC router easily.
