I love this. Easy to set up, just measure the food correctly as the portions measurement is a bit fiddly, I weighted what he needed and then estimated he needs max portions for his feeding, then one snack a day too for one measurement . It has 2 chambers, for different food / snack. I use it for our pug on the office days. It tell you exactly how much food was dispensed, When and gives you recording of it. And sensor movement tells you when the pet is coming to check it out. Really good! Gives me confidence if anything goes wrong, I can also remote feed him too! When unplugged it keeps the settings, so no need to reset everytime if used on occasion. Love it!

The media could not be loaded. This is the best auto feeder ever . My cats love it and so do I . Plus I get to watch the cool little videos it makes at the end of each day and you can even talk to your cats via the camera and microphone. It gives me peace of mind when I’m away!This is dry food (kibble) only as far as I can tell but it works great and is easy to set up!just load it kibbles close the lid ( make sure you use the desiccant packs for freshness) then set up a feeding program and your done. If you check the monitor feed tray option it will also make sure the tray doesn’t get to overflowing.

Perfect for me as I am feeding my lovely cat with 2 foods together. the video is much more clear than my previous one. I didn't try the battery but I will try it when I have a travelling later. The most important is - all its parts can be washable to keep it clean!

The feeder works well. It has two (different sized) food hoppers and you can specify which hopper each feed comes from. You could use this to feed two different kinds of food, but we have it set to mostly use one first. Then when that is empty, we can ask someone to fill it up while using the other one so the cat doesn't starve if we're away.There is a desiccant sachet in the lid which aims to keep the food dry, but I'm not convinced it's more than a placebo. They sell replacement desiccant sachets, but you can use any silica gel sachets.The lid does latch on (unlike our previous feeder) which means that an animal is very unlikely to manage to get the lid off by itself (unlike our previous feeder).The feeder has batteries which will power it for a while if the mains fails, but the camera & Internet functionality doesn't work while running from battery.Note that it will not tell you when the food is about to run out, only when it actually has run out.The camera works great, and we can see our cat eating (and neighbouring cats, and badgers...). You can get a notification when the pet turns up, and when it eats. You can see a picture of the food bowl before & after it's eaten, so you can see how much it has eaten, and so on.You can set the feeding schedule with multiple feeds a day, and different days of the week can have different feeds. You can also manually trigger extra feeds if you wish. You can talk to your cat from the app if you want (or use that feature to try to scare away food-thieves if you catch them at it).However, you only get a 7 day trial of 'Petkit Care+' which handles the interesting camera service. After that time, it drops back to a very basic feature-set which didn't seem to do what we wanted, so we paid for the subscription which is $69.99 a year. It is not made totally clear what the 'Petkit Care+' subscription gives you, but we think you'll probably want it.

Amazing feeder! It’s hilarious to see your pets from a different angle! This is well worth the money.

It does exactly what it was advertised to do. A really good cat feeder saving the need to put your cat in a cattery when you are on a holiday. You can gain comfort your cat is okay through regular video updates and even live feeds. The camera also allows you to check on how much food has been eaten and what is left in the bowl, and you can release some food into the bowl wherever you are through the phone app.

After waiting more than a week for it to arrive, I was excited to set it up, but unfortunately, it didn’t work.I successfully connected it to Wi-Fi and the app, but the feeder would not release any food. I pressed the manual button countless times, even holding it down for a long time, but nothing happened—the rotating mechanism simply didn’t work. I disassembled and reassembled the feeder more than six times, hoping to fix the issue, but the problem remained.Now, I have to go through the hassle of returning the product at the post office, which is very inconvenient after already dealing with a faulty item. This entire experience has been frustrating.
