This is a fake item. After opening the bottle, I could tell it was not the real thing. The instructions and label don't make sense. One part says serving size is 3 capsules and the directions says to take 2 capsules daily. Big Red Flags that this is a fake label as well.

I don't know about the taste but it is a great value for your money because of the fact it has so many ingredients in it to help with your health and mental well-being also ingredients to help with sleep

These are amazing so far. I have a lot of anxiety ptsd, etc. A laundry list. And these do work! Very happy with them so far and I've o ly been taking them a few days so far. Haven't changed anything else except starting these and noticing such a difference and such a calm after I take them. It's very rare for me to ever feel just completely relaxed. These get me there.

I was skeptical. Not sure if it is doing anything for cortisol but it definitely helps me sleep and can calm the crazies when I am having anxiety.
