We were having problems connecting an iPhone directly to the desktop computer to take pictures off. This little unit works perfectly and solves the problem. It is easy to take photos off the phone and transfer to this unit and then put it on a computer hard drive. It is simple and fast.

It's very durable, the case is very good and the ring is secure and hasn't bent yet, it connects to my laptop and phone and PC very easily, never had a problem with connectivity, the USB-A or USB-C, it's a good size, it fits in the palm of your hand, I think it's it good value for money as well, I love it and use it everyday, the only thing that's wrong is it gets warm when you use it, but it's not a problem for me.
