初期不良音が鳴らない

2023年の12/２に購入し12/25にクリスマスプレゼントで渡し、はじめは気に入って使っていたのですが 音が鳴らなくなり、電池交換するも音がまったくしなくなりました。 前におかしいと言われていたのですが忘れていたので3か月も経たずつぶれてしまいました。 もおちゃの補償期間はないのでしょうか？残念です。

I gave this little phone to my Great- Granddaughter and she just loves it! The volume on it could be a little louder but all in all it’s awesome! Especially for little ones who loves wheels on the bus !
