Q: Does it operate at 220 Volts?

This ice maker operates on a110 amp socket. I believe a 220 amp would fry it.

Q: how do clean the ice machine. Can someone help me with instructions?

Instructions say fill the water tank and then HOLD the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds, to initiate the clean cycle. Be sure to have the water drain (under the unit) over a sink or have it sitting on something with a pail under the drain when it dumps the wash water.

Q: the power button is blinking how to get it to start producing ice?

When ours is blinking we add water shut lid and it starts making ice.

Q: Is it noisy in daily use?

Kinda noisy, yeah. But I keep mine out of the kitchen in a guest bedroom closer to my office.
