I thought this was a scam or some kind of placebo effect. It took my sister letting me borrow hers to turn me into a believer.For the past 8 or 9 years I've been suffering from inflammation and I take medication for it along with an inhaler to help with breathing, my air way gets narrow and with the extra weight in carrying it makes it hard to stay asleep. I am on a diet and I do exercise.I also suffer from anxiety and PTSD which I'm on medication for.After using this mat for about a week I no longer need to take my inflammation pills, and I have not needed my inhaler. Also my anxiety has just about dissappeared when I'm on the mat. My flashbacks are almost non-existent.Could it be a placebo effect, maybe. I spend most of my time inside at a sedentary job.I have one to my 80year old mom and she sleeps through the night for the first time in a long time and she even sleeps in which is unusual. She loves her mat and i even bought one for under my desk. So starting off I was skeptical but now I'm sold.There are two little nipples that you can plug the grounding wire too dep we ending on where your outlet is. I plugged a second cord to it and it seems to be a little stronger but then again placebo effect. I do feel my heart palpitations are almost non-existent the only time I feel it is when my 6year old daughter is screaming through the house or bursts in my room trying to scare me and she does but I lay on the mat and I'm calm again.I would buy this again. The one my sister bought costs around $170.00 plus shipping and tax. I bought the king version for $40. And it works just as good if not better. They both are made of the same materials and hers just had a nicer tester and came with additional straps but neither of them are really needed.If you are on the fence just get it and sleep on it for a couple of weeks if you can't feel the difference then return it.

This bed grounding mat helps to release electric static on my body. The size fits with a queen size bed. You just lay the mat on the bed and lay your legs on it. The mat has an electric conductive surfaces. I used the conductive pen to test the mat. You can see only top surface of the mat is electric static conductive. I also connect the wire to the ground. The fabric is smooth and without any smell. I also wear the eye mask. The mat is foldable in a carry case so I can use it while I am traveling.

There are numerous grounding products out there, but I'm particularly impressed with this grounding mat due to its remarkable comfort. You can easily place it on your bed and benefit from it while relaxing, sleeping, or resting. I favor it over smaller mats and socks because it genuinely helps me achieve a grounded state. Despite experiencing heaviness, fatigue, and muscle pain in my legs, I’ve noticed some improvement while using this mat. I believe that consistency is key, so I commit to using it for 10 minutes daily. And so far, the outcomes have been encouraging. It’s certainly worth a shot.

I haven’t noticed a big difference but my problem is mostly sleeping. My husband has the pain but obviously sleeps through it; with snoring included. It covers from about the hips to the calves but we both sleep with our feet pulled upward towards our bodies so our feet are on the mat while sleeping. We’ve read you have to have your feet on the mat for it to work.

Snake oil, doesn't do anything! It's uncomfortable material on your feet and moves around alot. Didn't feel any different. How can it mimick the earth? It's made in China. I think it's a false new age healing theory. Just get away from emfs.

Doesn't seem to work for pain but definatly works for sleep.
