Mild Green Beef Enchiladas
It's a great mild green sauce that I use to make enchiladas with flour tortillas because I'm allergic to corn. I use two of these cans for the recipe always comes out delicious

Very Good
Love this stuff. Makes a great place to start a recipe. My chicken enchiladas are great, but my recipe is long. They are a good kind of cheesy.

Great taste in a smaller can
Small cans , great value, covers a 9x13 pan of enchiladas pretty well. I bought multiple cans not knowing how many I'd need but only used one can. The flavor and texture is really good. There are small pieces of green chilies in the sauce which could be strained out( I left them in) according to your preference. I got the mild which surprisingly didn't have the bite most "milds" have it was a great addition to my recipe. Mild is not spicy at all so maybe a medium would bea mild to other brands.
