These were delicious and convenient to grab and toss in my lunch bag to enjoy with my coffee in the mornings. Calories are reasonable and it fills me up until lunch time.

Tastes great and is easy to eat. Keeps me energized in the busy mornings before lunch. I do wish they sold the bigger 24 packs box on Amazon. I always use a tissue underneath to keep the crumbs off of stuff.

When I was eating processed foods these were a good tasty snack!

Okay so these things are not actually "healthy" because of all the sugar (12 g per pack!) and fats and such, but honestly for someone like me who craves sweets, its nice to try and find things that are slightly better for me than, like, candy. Baby steps. I jokingly call these "Healthy Milanos" because they are so similar to those delicious Milano sandwich cookies, but at least these are made with whole grains, and have 3 g protein and fiber! I also have a pretty sensitive stomach in the mornings and struggle to eat breakfast, so one of these is the perfect wat to gently wake up my stomach and start my day.
