WOW!! Once again MAFEX has knocked it out of the park with their Batman figures! I am beyond impressed with every aspect of this one. The likeness to the comic book depiction of Batman that inspired it is unparalleled! Better than Mezco, Mattel and any custom I’ve ever seen!! The cape on this figure is outstanding! Much like their Hush Batman, this figure has an incredibly versatile cape. It’s definitely durable and capable of some really cool poses without much fuss at all! The articulation overall is perfect in my honest opinion! There’s nothing I would change about the design of this guy, they simply nailed it!! Love both of the head sculpts and Batarang accessories as well. I can’t wait to receive the other figures in this line and I plan on purchasing them all from Amazon Japan!! By far the best place to order MAFEX figures from anywhere on the planet!!!

Wonderful toy. Lots of articulation. The cape is soft with wires in it; It's very well done. I have been extremely happy with this purchase and other MAFEX figures I've recently bought. Shipped quickly and arrived in great condition including the box. I highly recommend this product and this seller.

The scale is perfect, and the sculpt shows all the lines and wrinkles that indicate Miller's grizzled old Batman. Paint is generally very good with only tiny imperfections. The muscle shading is subtle and looks perfect. The belt is exactly the right color. The figure can hold wonderful poses and has an excellent range of motion with the exception of the neck, which is too stumpy. The included stand is sturdy after a few twists of a screwdriver to tighten the joints. The gritting teeth face looks better and has more personality than the neutral face. The batarangs fit well in between the fingers, but be careful! You might lose a few..they're small! The hand options are all good but the "splayed fingers" hands look a little oversized. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the cape. It looks great when all spread out like a bat and it really holds the pose. The problem is trying to get it to lay down naturally. It tends to bunch up and just looks messy and not like a cape. This could have been solved by just including two capes, since the figure doesn't come with anything but hands and batarangs. The pistol and holster like the Mezco release would have been nice, as well as larger alternate batarangs. But that's just a small complaint. The fact is, Medicom has brought Frank Miller's Batman to life in action figure form better than any other company before them. It's really fantastic and worth the price. I'm very much looking to the future variants on this figure, and I'll buy them all! Also, if there's any chance Medicom is reading this? Please do Year One and Killing Joke too!! You're the only company that can do it right!!

Perfection! Best batman figure out there in my opinion! Articulation, paint, quality. Perfect figure. Mafex knows what they are doing! Also i swopt the belt out with the mcfarlane belt dark night returns belt. It's Made out of more flexible material and more brown. To me it gives a more realistic look. The one that comes with it is fine if you want it more comic book looking.
