My family loves to play the original Clue game. This game allows our big family to all play at the same time. Love this game!

This is so much fun. Like it better than the original. There are spaces that allow you to draw a card from someone else and put it back. That speeds the game along. Very easy to learn. We played with 4 people and it didn’t take long at all.

We have regular clue and it just wasn't challenging enough. We bought this to make it a little more difficult. It's great. It has more rooms, people, and weapons. My husband used to be able to guess and win in about 10 minutes, now we can play longer and everyone has more of a chance of winning. The weapon pieces are well-made and heavy.

Pros: Everything! The game contents are great, it even comes with all metal weapon pieces, and the board is as good as the original. I love this re-release ! Cons: NONE! Conclusion: I highly recommend this to anyone who loves classic board games, especially to Clue fans. I replaced the pawns with 'Clue People' some from an earlier version of standard Clue and others that I made myself with O Scale model railroad people. I replaced the dice with Skull dice, and the 'Case File' envelope with a tiny working briefcase that I slightly modified inside to fit the 'Case Cards' into it. I bought a second copy and did the same as a gift for my brother I loved it so much. Playing this with 7 players gives you about a 3 hour game. Which makes it perfect for the cool family members to avoid the scrappy family members at a gathering, haha.

It’s exactly as I remember it except…. The board folds up into a square (used to fold just once longwise), and the tokens are plastic (used to be wooden). Otherwise exactly the same as I remember it from the 90’s.

Better value more strategy, weapons and people to figure out who done it

I am a huge fan of Clue, especially the Master Detective version. In fact it was my first board game I purchased when I started collecting games. I purchased this version as my original version has started to feel it's age and I was hoping that it would be an excellent reproduction. For the most part this is true, but some of the parts are just done on the cheap rather than faithful reproductions. The cards and card stock are quite good, but some of the colours are a bit washed out compared with the original. The board is now split with a six part fold rather than the original three part fold, but the thickness of the board is around half the thickness and again the colours are not as clean with browns looking more orange. The weapons though are almost perfect, I do see some marks as it looks like they have made molds of the original pieces and they have come through on the reproductions. My greatest disappointment though is the player pieces. They've replaced the wooden pieces with plastic that have grating colours and some are difficult to tell apart. This is true with the original with peach and rose being hard to tell apart during the game, but now white, grey and peach are all very similar in colour making it worse. The detective notebook was also a bit of a disappointment as the original allowed for an area to write other than the mark off area. the new one on the other hand just has the area to check off but it's two notebooks side by side and we would have to cut it in half to make use of the other area. Overalll, regardless of my pickiness, this is a fantastic game and the ten player version is worth every penny, but I just wish they hadn't cheaped out on the player pieces and the colouring of the print has a real orange tint.

I was impressed with the Customer Service on this Product ,The Product itself was a bit late ,but when i contacted them they responded right away and explained why , this was not their fault in the least and I was very impressed that they responded so quickly to me . the game is a treasure and will be enjoyed this Christmas by all Family Members During the Cold Snowy Days Ahead
