Q: Have these cloves been heated or are they raw? (Coming practice for preserving cloves)

The container says these cloves are "Recleaned & Best Quality" "Product of India". I don't find anywhere on the container that it says they are either raw or heated.

Q: Amazon Seller is this packed in a plastic bottle, the photo looks like they are packed in a cellaphane package and not packed in a plastic bottle?

I bought ground cloves, which come in a bottle. I don't know about the whole cloves. Looks like a plastic bag to me, too.
