Received the product quickly. It’s pretty easy to figure out where each piece goes. The material went on well. We had a small hiccup with the material scratching. I reached out to the seller/manufacturer. They immediately responded and after seeing the photos of the product issues immediately sent a replacement kit without hesitation. They gave some more tips on how to possibly prevent the issues from happening again as well. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend buying based on the customer service they provide alone.

I installed the chrome window trim delete kit on my 2024 Ford Expedition. First off, I do not have a max. The two rear side pieces of trim were obviously too l9ng, but this was an easy fix trimming then to length as I installed. Second, install was easier than I expected, and took only 2 hours. I did have a real heat gun. The only negatives I noticed was there is an issue with their template for the driver and passenger front door pieces. The precut trim tapers up at the bottom, towards the rear of the window, and makes it almost impossible to cover the chrome. And second my driver side rear door piece could have been longer. Just a 1/4" would have been perfect. Not sure why but the passenger side was ok, maybe I stretched it a little while installing? I've included before and after pics, and pics of the problem areas. For $65, well worth it.

If you have no experience like me doing this, probably don’t. Cutouts not exactly in the right place. Cut mine in the wrong place and ruined the first piece out of the gate. Money down the drain. Hire a professional. Product is what they say it is, I just don’t have the touch I guess.

Didn't even fit.

I have had the trim pieces on my Expedition since April. The SUV goes through a car wash at least 2 a week and these trim pieces have not moved! The covered the chrome easily and now the chrome looks like factory installed black trim.
