I have ordered 2 of these and still got no waffle plates. Why are you not sending me waffle plates. Im paying $69.99. And it clearly states with waffl

Mine did not come with waffle plates. I love the griddle! It cooks really fast and keeps the juices in the meat, nice browned meat! I so made pancakes and they were crispy and awesome!

Mine didn't come with the other two plates, does anyone know where I can purchase them?

Long answer, but SAME HAPPENED TO ME! First they sent me two lower waffle plates instead of an upper and lower. Figured I’d just exchange it because “missing parts.” Well then we got the 2nd griddle, came with NO waffle or grill plates AT ALL! I was so mad, all Amazon customer service would do for me at that point was credit $20 to my account that I can ONLY use on other items that Amazon is specifically the seller of. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning one set or I’ll get billed for the other griddle, spending more money to just order the waffle plates from blue diamond because of COURSE Amazon doesn’t sell the plates separately! So that $20 credit they gave me is kinda useless to me now because I’m starting to lose faith in them, this isn’t the first time they got my orders wrong.
