Can i use this on my scalp ?

I don’t think I would, and I get eczema on my scalp, I’ve started using aveeno shampoo and that really helps.

Can i use this on my hair dry to soften the ends?

I would say no as it is thick and to wash out could be a nightmare .try John Frieda serum it can go on dry hair but if you put 2 small blobs in the palm of your hand and rub through on rinsed hair each time that works well. Consentrate on the ends
