the whole entire lip line is nothing but water I am very sad that I bought this brand I love Tina Davies ink I love perma blend brow ink but the lip line in the characters are nothing but water and a waste of money I wasted a lot of money if you can get retention to hold that's a big if it takes hours to do lips which is ridiculous
