I have to admit, it turned out much better than I expected and was so easy. If you have an Instant Pot, the recipe can easily be adapted for it (add dairy after you finish pressure cooking) so now in 30-40 minutes I can make an authentic Indian dinner that tastes like I cooked it all day. Each box has enough in it to make several batches so it lasts a long time.
