These are great. As others have mentioned they are very comparable to the north shore mega max. They hold a TON. After 2 very large voids and 3 regular, I had no leaks and it probably could’ve held more. Be prepared if you are wearing these out and about in public as they will swell up considerably and there isn’t much you can do to be discreet at this point. Only thing I wish was different about these is the sizing. I ordered the L/XL and these lean more towards the Large. Wish they had just a XL that was slightly bigger because I have pretty big thighs due to years of mountain biking and the padding doesn’t wrap around my bottom end like others do in a XL. My waist is 40 inches. Other than that, they are relatively quiet for being plastic backed and they are extremely absorbent. Tapes hold very well. Price is moderate. All quality incontinence products for adults cost a fortune nowadays and it’s sad.

I was nervous about buying this due to size. My size is Large to XL depending on the brand and size. Even I wanted plastic backed. I did buy the sunkiss overnight one in the past and fit me perfectly. Now I needed plastic backed one due to heavy wetting overnight incontinence.I got blue one in size l/xl and I’m sick of white all time, but color is color. So blue is nice color to me. I putted it on first time and wow felt very snugged and fit perfectly. Tapes is great and I did adjust 2 times after that it stayed on all night. They are very comfortable to wear for night time incontinence and will purchase more in the future if it Mets my budget. And make color like black or light green.It’s great to wear for night time and I recommend it.

These are impressive not as thick as a Abdl diaper more of a thinner lightweight diaper but very absorbent I think these are more comfortable then the little for big I felt constructed but I can comfortably move around. The pink is absolutely perfect and the tapes are not the greatest but they seem to do its job I’d buy again.

These diapers I say will work well for urinary and bowel incontinence if getting something off Amazon. They work well for recreational use when it comes to agere and abdl. Only issue is the new revision feels less padded/thick, I'm sure the capacity had changed because of that too. Maybe the plastic layer on the outside feels different, it also seems to crumple up more with general movement even when dry.This isn't a bad diaper, I like these for their convenience and decent build quality. Comparing these with Northshore Megamaxes are obligated. They had better plastic outing (plus more quiet), better leak guards, and a slightly better fit.

Thickness of these are great. And the holding capacity is amazing . I have found no issues with these. Quality of theses is top of the line

These things are amazing. They hold a ton. The plastic is very soft, and the tapes hold up well. The leak guards are very tall. I have these in auto-ship because they are that good. The only bad thing about the tapes is when you go to loosen one later (like if you can. Ske it to the commode) they can sometimes rip the plastic landing zone if you aren't very careful. I like how high the plastic comes up as it helps reduce night time leaks.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased these diapers for my mother, who is wheelchair-bound and only uses them at night. Based on the product description, they seemed like a great fit and in many ways, they are. The absorbency is excellent and holds liquids very well throughout the night.One thing my mom really likes is the fresh, clean scent. It’s not overpowering, just a subtle fragrance that adds to the overall comfort of wearing them.However, the material could be improved. It feels a bit too plastic-like, which can cause irritation between the legs. If the material were softer and more breathable, I’d easily give this product five stars.Also, be sure to pull the diaper all the way up and secure it snugly at the waist. If not fitted properly, it can cause some discomfort. Overall, this is a solid product with great capacity and a pleasant scent, but the exterior material could use an upgrade.

My mom is on hospice because she is bedridden. She is always hungry and thirsty... going through many waters and coffee. The hospice order was messed up so I ordered these to get my mom through a few days and im sold! These are fantastic! During the day we now use the thin hospice provided diapers. They are comfortable and easy. At night I use these to get her through a solid 9 hours! And she says she doesn't even feel wet when it's full and heavy.They are really noisy, and not flexible. But she says she is fine with these at night because she doesn't have to worry about waking up wet or having to be woken in the middle of the night to get changed.She's 87lbs and the s/m is a little big but I'm able to fold and crease the crotch area so it's not too much when putting it on.
