Just a repeat of information from his other books.

I have read Norm Lieberman's "Process Design for Reliable Operations" many times over the past 6 years or so since I was given a copy for my birthday and every time I have read it there has been a great deal of knowledge that I have gleaned. It has helped me troubleshoot distillation column problems (both at the design phase and during operation). Being that I am a chemist, it has been really valuable to have the knowledge of what various pieces of equipment are supposed to do and how to relay their failures to the engineers or redesign them myself (in most cases). I really appreciate Norm's style; I can imagine being in the shoes of the people that he has helped through the years! If you are starting your chemical engineering profession or are a chemist working in a plant, GET THIS BOOK and read it until you understand it.

One of the best books I read. The book deals with troubleshooting of Process Operation but is written like a novel, so the reader follows the author during the book with no effort, but the subject is analyzed in a deep way. You could read the book in the bed! Fantastic!

This book was in great condition and shipped quickly. The Lieberman book is very helpful for practical engineering in industry. A must read for Chemical Engineers.
