Gastrointestinal issues if the whole package is eaten at once. My colon inflated like a balloon and I had the most foul smelling farts for like 3 days postprandial. My niece, who ate almost 2 whole packages, was doubled over in agony with full body sweats clutching her belly for a few hours as well. Other than that, super tasty and a great alternative for those who have portion control. That's what we get for eating so much sugar alcohol at one time.

I subscribed to these every three months just because I’m type two diabetic and it’s nice to have something around the house that when I get that taste for something sweet I can have it and not feel guilty. I highly recommend these not only are they good for diabetics but would be great snacks for your children as well!

I bought these for a family member for Christmas and they were so happy!!! Low sugar and they taste great and are pleasing to the eye. Like a child's gummy candy but without all the sugar win win..

Good price, good alternative to full sugar gummy bears. But beware~~ if you eat too many they DO have a laxative effect. I know how many I can handle, which is about 10 pieces. I’ll buy again.

They're honestly quite good! They don't taste like fake sugar, they just taste a little less flavorful. Would buy again :)
